São Paulo School of Advanced Science on Molecular Basis of Inflammatory Diseases |
Registrations are open for the “São Paulo School of Advanced Science on Molecular Basis of Inflammatory Diseases,” taking place between November 04–14th 2019 at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School of University of São Paulo (FMRP/USP). Organized by the Center for Research on Inflammatory Diseases (CRID), the School is one of the São Paulo School of Advanced Science supported by FAPESP and will cover the most relevant topics on inflammation and inflammatory diseases.
The School of Advanced Science will provide cutting-edge knowledge and research on basic and translational aspects of inflammation and inflammatory diseases. The school will focus on molecular facets of inflammatory diseases, fundamental for the discovery of new targets, medicines and therapies. Internationally renowned researchers in the field of immunopharmacology will address mechanisms involved in the development of many inflammatory diseases such as malaria, leishmaniasis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, atherosclerosis and cancer.
The Advanced School will select 80 young investigators (PhD students, Post-docs fellows and Young Researches): 40 international and 40 Brazilians candidates.
